The State Totals “K” Record is a summary for a given payer and a given state and used only when state reporting approval has been granted. Submit a separate “K” Record for each state being reported. With AXPulse “1099 K-Record” add-on, you can now generate the K Record while exporting the 1099 file from within Microsoft Dynamics AX.
